to request a Lone Star College Library Card
College faculty and students
enrolled in distance learning or traditional classes* can use this form to request
a Lone Star College library card. The Lone Star College library card will allow the cardholder to
check out library materials from any Lone Star College library and will allow remote access to
library databases via the Internet.
*If you attend any classes on
campus at Lone Star College-North Harris, Lone Star College-Tomball, or the Willow Chase Center, you are asked to get a picture
student ID to use as your library card.

- Your library card will be available
in a few days and can be picked up at your preferred location or mailed to you.
